Before Commencement of Work
If you decide to cancel a project before the commencement of work, please inform me at the earliest opportunity. A cancellation fee may be applicable based on the extent of pre-project preparations and planning.
During Project Execution
Once a project has commenced, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a cancellation, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

Circumstances for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

- Failure to deliver work as agreed upon in the project scope.
- Significant deviations from the agreed-upon project requirements.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email me at contact@itskamal.dev within 7 days of project completion. Include a detailed explanation of the issues faced and any supporting documentation.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and will be issued using the same method as the original payment.
